A sweet and juicy coffee with an aroma of dried pineapple and lavender. Nkonge tastes like enzymatic fresh rhubarb and burnt sugar with an aftertaste of gooseberries. This is a red bourbon varietal harvested from approximately 500 small farms around the Heza washing station as part of the Long Miles Coffee Project. The cherry has been sundried with full skin contact on raised drying beds, this type of classic natural processing leaves the cup super jammy and full of fruit notes.

These songs were the original theme compositions for Fredrik Høyer’s Grønlandsūtraen, a collection of poems released by Fanfare forlag in 2016. Poems about the anxiety associated with the climate crisis, the fear for smaller things such as everyday small-talk, the daily struggle to get out of the bed, and the fear for falling into patterns and repeatedly doing the same things. Grønlandsūtraen is the sūtra of worries – about the repeating thoughts constantly grinding inside your head, that spins round and around, over and over again.
